The company introduced foundry technology from GOETZE of Germany, "S" type 3 piece combined steel oil control ring technology and production line from NPR of Japan, provided with high level piston ring production line for automotive diesel engine, steel ring production line, automatic chrome plating line, automatic heat treatment line, nitriding production line, molybdenum spraying production line, chromium ceramic coating (CCC) production line, plasma ceramic CVD production line, PVD, as well as unique engine test laboratory and friction & wear test laborotary in domestic piston ring industry, and provincial technology center, with equipments in internationally leading level.
　　The company fully adopts Lean Manufacturing, implements 6S management, TPM management, Six Sigma management and performance management, introduces MIS system of American Fourth Shift Company in the production, marketing, materials, finance and other aspects, and was awarded Circle of Excellence in Asia by Fourth Shift Company. The company fully implements ASIMCO Operation System (AOS) and lean enterprise strategy. The company passed ISO9002 Quality System Certification in 1997, America QS9000 and Germany VDA6.1 Quality System Certification in 2001, and TS16949 Quality System Certification and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification in 2004.
